The NextGen Council exists to support the SCWA in attracting, developing and celebrating the next generation of Car Washers.
The SCWA is thrilled to be launching its NextGen programming in 2026! We look forward to launching our programming aimed at the next generation of car washers with our 2026 - 30 Under 30 Celebration!

- Nominations will be accepted until 9/1/25.
- Winners will be notified in December and will be announced at the 2026 SCWA Convention & EXPO in Fort Worth!
Age Eligibility
- Nominees must be 29 years old or younger by December 31 of the nomination year.
Must demonstrate at least one of the following:
- Innovative Leadership
- Commitment to Sustainability
- Social Impact and Community Engagement
- Excellence in Customer Experience
- Operational Excellence
- Marketing Prowess
- Recognition and Achievements
- Potential for Future Growth
