• Booth and sponsor reservations are fulfilled based on date payment is received and selection timeline is based upon sponsorship level as outlined in the Booth Selection Policy.
• Submitting one booth number for every choice may delay your reservation request being processed.
• Special backdrop height restrictions for End Caps and Peninsulas apply.
• If you are purchasing a booth close to an island, please be aware that there may be adjacent wall installations that affect visibility.
• Placement for booths with contiguous walls of 20' or longer may be limited and restrictions may apply. Failure to notify Show Management of a contiguous wall greater than 20' in length will result in the wall not being approved or allowed on the EXPO Floor.
• Please note due to Fire Marshal guidance and required traffic patterns certain booth combinations may not be available.
