Additional items for your booth (carpet, furniture, etc.), drayage services, are available from Freeman as well. You can order from their Exhibitor Services Center when available.

Booth Area Details

Your Booth Area Includes: One 6-foot draped table with two chairs, pipe and drape dividers and backdrop, company sign (approximately 7"x44"), and a trash can.

EXPO Management must be notified if your booth will have a contiguous wall of 20' or longer. Your booth placement will most likely be affected and restrictions may apply. Failure to notify show management through this form will result in the wall not being approved or allowed on the EXPO Floor.

One 5 amp electrical outlet per total booth area will be available compliments of SCWA (electrical services provided by Edlen).

Additional items for your booth (carpet, furniture, etc.), drayage services, are available through the Exhibitor Services Company.

If you are purchasing a booth close to an island, please be aware that there may be adjacent wall installations that affect visibility.

Company materials are to fit within the specific area purchased and comply with all guidelines.

Special backdrop height restrictions for End Caps and Peninsulas apply.

IAEE standards will be used for guidance for display set ups. EXPO Management reserves the right to make exceptions as deemed appropriate.

Complimentary EXPO Show Floor Passes

Each 10'x10' Booth Area will receive 10 Complimentary EXPO Show Floor Hours Passes to distribute to customers prior to the EXPO. The success of your Complimentary EXPO Show Floor Passes is dependent on you distributing passes to your customers for registration prior to the EXPO.

Please note: Exhibitors will be billed for any passes provided to vendors, suppliers or booth representatives.

Exhibit Booth Staff Registration

One 10'x10' Booth Area will include Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration for three company representatives.

Two 10'x10' booths will include Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration for five company representatives.

Companies with booth areas larger than two 10’x10’ spaces will receive booth staff registration for up to eight company representatives. Companies with multiple booth areas will receive allocations for each booth area as described above.

Additional Exhibitor Booth Staff may be registered for $175 per additional company representative.

Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration includes: all scheduled EXPO Floor Hours, admittance to all General Sessions, Workshops, EXPO Receptions, Thursday Exhibitor Lunch, and Friday Car Wash Academy. Please note: Tickets for the Celebrate SCWA Evening Event must be purchased separately as an add on event.
